By inviting other people to become entrepeneurs in your network. You can form a team and build your own home based business. The first step is to create your list of future customers and potential new distributors, you can start with your family, friends, acquaintances, referrals and anyone who wants to feel healthy, improve their nutrition and improve their income.

FIRST ORDER:

The first purchase is define as the process of joining the company. This process consist of filling out a distribution contract and making the purchase of one (1) product at retail price authorized by the company. Once the process of the first purchase is conclude; will be able to acquire our products with a discount. The first reached level will be one sun, with a 20% discount, therefore, all the next following purchases you will make will be settle as a one sun entrepreneur.

From the purchase of the second product, our new entrepreneur accumulates points. This means that higher the volume of purchase, higher the discount percentage. Entrepreneurs from 24% until 36% will be call two suns entrepreneurs.

The points for purchase made by one and two suns entrepreneurs will be accumulate until they reach 400 points, at which point they will receive their first title: Life. From this title onwards, the highest discount on the purchase of products has been reach and the points will be calculate month by month for the qualification of new titles. The profitability scale one, two suns and Life is explain it below:

DIRECT SALE:

This is the process by which the independent entrepreneur is authorizes to sell our products, following the table of authorized prices to the public. This way or receiving incomes will be more profitable as our entrepreneur stars growing in his discount level until they reach the title LIFE. Lifehuni considers this income as cash flow.

REPRESENTATION:

This is the second way to earn income through Lifehuni. Every person that you tell about our products and the business opportunity, and wants to become part of our company (like you), must go through the process of first purchase of one of our products as a new entrepreneur and register they data in the space meant to that in the platform.

This process will let the 20% utility of the price paid for the product of the first purchase of you new network entrepreneur. To this initial income is known as representation and you could ask for the reimbursement to the company, delivering the necessary information to the account area of Lifehuni, as long as you reach more than $100 USD.

NETWORK PROFITS:

Is the third way of received incomes trough Lifehuni and is one of the simple ones, since here, you received incomes for other peoples work. If you already had inviting to your closes circle to make part of the company acquiring and selling our products and they have choose you as their representative, you will start receiving profits for ALL the purchases that your network made, as long as they are in a minor level of discount that you. Note: With network profits (differentials) we refer to the percentage of difference between your level the discount and you represented. When you and you represented are at the same level, the utility is receive by the upstream entrepreneurs in the network.

Lets explain it with suns:

If, you are a one Sun entrepreneur (20% discount) and the entrepreneurs you linked to your network are one Sun, there are NO differentials. Therefore, your ascendant network with a superior discount (Two Suns) will receive the differential payment of your personal purchases and from your representatives that be one Sun.

If, you are a Two Suns entrepreneur (24% discount) and the entrepreneurs you linked to your network are one Sun entrepreneurs (20%), you will receive a 4% for all purchases made by your entrepreneur – as an example.

If, you are a Two Suns entrepreneur (24% discount) and the entrepreneurs you linked to your network are one Sun entrepreneurs (20%), you will receive a 4% for all purchases made by your entrepreneur – as an example.

If you are a two Suns Entrepreneur (32% discount on purchases) and the Entrepreneurs you linked to your network are One sun (20%) and two Suns (24% and 28%) the profits will be distributed as follows: Your principal at 28% will receive 8% of the purchases of their entrepreneur at 20% and you will receive 4%; your principal at 24% will receive 4% of the purchases of their entrepreneur at 20% and you will receive 8%. In addition, a new entrepreneur who joins your network directly below you will give you 12% for all the purchases he/she makes – as an example. NOTE: Spreads are distributed in the upstream network.

When you are already a LIFE entrepreneur (40% discount) you have reached your first title, which means that you receive the highest discount in the company and that all the entrepreneurs that you linked in your network whether they are one sun (20%) or two suns (24%, 28%, 32% and 36%), they are generating you differentials for ALL the purchases they made.

Now, the entrepreneurs in your network will also move up in discount levels as they increase their purchases and accumulate points, and they will get the Life title (40% discount). Do you know what it means? It means that you have the opportunity to start qualifying for titles that generate benefits from 1% to 4% of the purchase of your Life entrepreneurs and all their networks (to infinity), as long as there is a differential and there is no other downline entrepreneur at 40% (with LIFE title).

WHAT ARE QUALIFICATIONS?

These are achievements made to move up in level by obtaining titles in accordance with the Lifehuni compensation plan. Lifehuni entrepreneurs only have to comply meet the requirements or goals to qualify for a title, only once, since after they are achieve, they are not lost. However, it is necessary to comply with the conditions of each title and in each cycle to receive benefits according to the qualification.

LIFE ENTREPRENEUR:

When you have accumulated a total of 400 points or more in personal purchases, i.e. your code, you receive:

• 40% discount in all your purchases.
• Spread income from 4% to 20%.
• Diploma of recognition of your first title, awarded by Lifehuni.

LIFE PLATINUM ENTREPRENEUR:

The second title granted by the Company, which highlights the fulfillment of goals achieved with personal points or with the No life network (One and two suns entrepreneurs -20% to 36% who do not depend on another Life entrepreneur)

To obtain this recognition it is requirement have previously received the LIFE entrepreneur title, that is, you must close at least (1) one cycle with each title, which will give you a 40% discount. Once you have completed the previous cycle as a Life entrepreneur (40%), you will be able to participate in the next cycle, which is the classification to Life Platinum entrepreneur.

When you reach the Life Platinum title, you receive:

• 40% discount in all your purchases.
• Spread income from 4% to 20%.
• Diploma of recognition of your first title, awarded by Lifehuni.
• The chance to qualify for receiving the first title that grants benefits from 1% to 4% of the first and second generation of Life entrepreneurs in your network.
• Profit income from 1% to 4% of first and second-generation Life entrepreneurs in your network and all the NON-Life entrepreneurs.
• A $300 USD bonus deposited (after taxes) to your back account registered in the Lifehuni´s accounting area.
• Motivational Kit equivalent to $300 USD retail Price (Products will be assigned by the company)
• Diploma of recognition from of second title, awarded by Lifehuni.
• Announcement in the news section of the official website and social networks.
• The opportunity to participate in the company’s bonuses and incentives

To become a Life Platinum entrepreneur:

• Lifehuni offers two ways to do it. You can do it only with your personal points in one or two cycles tops or, working with your network.
• In addition, you can reach the total of points in one cycle with you NON-Life network (One and two suns entrepreneurs – 20% to 36% that no depend of another Life entrepreneur) and your personal points in only one cycle.

To qualify for Life Platinum only with your personal points, you must accumulate 400 points in a limit period of two (2) consecutives cycles, as follows:

To qualify for Life Platinum with the help of the NO Life entrepreneur network (Entrepreneurs one and two suns-20% to 36% who don’t depend of another Life entrepreneur), Your NO Life network must accumulate 300 points in purchases within a single cycle, and you must make a minimum of 200 points with your personal purchases during the same cycle. The goal is to achieve 500 points, as follows:

To calculate your scale of profitability in the profits for purchases of your network, you must add the personal purchase points and the points of your No Life network (Entrepreneurs One and Two Soles – 20% to 36% that do not depend on another Life entrepreneur); The sum of these points will tell you what your scale of profitability is (1% to 4%) in the cycle.

Note: Every cycle the profitability scale is recalculated, taking into account the variation in personal and Non-Life network purchases.
The scale of profitability achieved will be applied to the sum of the personal purchase points of:

1. ALL your first and second generation Life entrepreneurs (at 40%)
2. Entrepreneurs who depend on them and not on other Life entrepreneurs (40%) in the network, in an ascending manner

The sum of these points is multiplied by the value of the Lifehuni point and this value is calculated the percentage reached on the profitability scale.

LIFE SAPPHIRE ENTREPRENEUR

Third title granted by the company, exalting the fulfillment of goals achieved, teamwork and leadership principles.
To obtain this title it is a requirement to have previously received the title of LIFE PLATINUM entrepreneur, that is, you must close at least one (1) cycle being an L.P. entrepreneur, have been recognized with the title and receive benefits after the closing of a cycle.

When you reach the Life Sapphire title you receive:

• 40% discount in all your purchases.
• Spread income from 4% to 20%.
• Diploma of recognition of your first title, awarded by Lifehuni.
• The chance to qualify for receiving the first title that grants benefits from 1% to 4% of the first and second generation of Life entrepreneurs in your network.
• Profit income from 1% to 4% of first and second-generation Life entrepreneurs in your network and all the NON-Life entrepreneurs.
• A $3.000 USD bonus deposited (after taxes) to your back account registered in the Lifehuni´s accounting area.
• A uniquely designed jewel in 18-karat gold, with the company logo and the precious stone representative of the Life Title achieved.
• Diploma of recognition from of third title, awarded by Lifehuni in the cycle following the qualification cycle.

To become a Life Sapphire entrepreneur you need to:

• You have four (4) Life Platinum entrepreneurs in first generation, and each of them has achieved network purchase benefits equivalent to thirteen (13) points.
• The second generation of these is made up of 12 Life title entrepreneurs (In any modality), with a minimum of 4 points of personal purchases of from their NO Life network, each one.

LIFE EMERALD ENTREPRENEUR

Fourth title granted by the company, exalting the fulfillment of goals achieved, teamwork and leadership principles.
To obtain this title it is a requirement to have previously received the title of LIFE SAPPHIRE entrepreneur, that is, you must close at least one (1) cycle being a LIFE SAPPHIRE entrepreneur, have been recognized with the title and receive benefits after the closing of a cycle.

When you reach the Life Emerald Title, you receive:

• 40% discount in all your purchases.
• Spread income from 4% to 20%.
• Diploma of recognition of your first title, awarded by Lifehuni.
• The chance to qualify for receiving the first title that grants benefits from 1% to 4% of the first and second generation of Life entrepreneurs in your network.
• Profit income from 1% to 4% of first and second-generation Life entrepreneurs in your network and all the NON-Life entrepreneurs.
• A $5.000USD bonus deposited (after taxes) to your back account registered in the Lifehuni´s accounting area.

Fifth title granted by the company, exalting the fulfillment of goals achieved, teamwork and leadership principles.
To obtain this title it is a requirement to have previously received the title of LIFE EMERALD entrepreneur, that is, you must close at least one (1) cycle being a LIFE EMERALD entrepreneur, have been recognized with the title and receive benefits after the closing of a cycle.

When you reach the Life Diamond Title, you receive:

• 40% discount in all your purchases.
• 40% incomes for direct sale.
• Spread income from 4% to 20%.
• Profit income from 1% to 4% of first and second-generation Life entrepreneurs in your network and all the NO-Life entrepreneurs.
• A $10.000USD bonus deposited (after taxes) to your back account registered in the Lifehuni´s accounting area.
• A uniquely designed jewel in 18-karat gold, with the company logo and the precious stone representative of the Life Title achieved.
• Diploma of recognition from of fifth title, awarded by Lifehuni in the cycle following the qualification cycle.

To become a Life Diamond entrepreneur you need to:

• You have twelve (12) Life Platinum entrepreneurs in first generation, and each of them has achieved network purchase benefits equivalent to thirteen (13) points.
• The second generation of these is made up of 36 Life title entrepreneurs (In any modality), with a minimum of 4 points of personal purchases of from their NO Life network, each one.

Network purchase benefits range from 1% to 4% of your first five (5) generations of Life Entrepreneurs.

LIFE DOUBLE DIAMOND ENTREPRENEUR

Sixth title awarded by the company, exalting the fulfillment of goals achieved, teamwork and advanced leadership skills.

To obtain this title it is a requirement to have previously received the title of entrepreneur LIFE DIAMANTE, that is, you must close at least one (1) cycle being an entrepreneur LIFE DIAMANTE, have been recognized with the title and receive benefits after a closing cycle.

When you reach the Life Double Diamond Title, you receive:

• 40% discount on all your purchases.
• Direct sales revenue of 40%.
• Revenue from spreads of 4% to 20%.
• Profit income of 1 to 4% of first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth generation Life entrepreneurs in your network and all NO Life entrepreneurs in them.
• A bonus of $15,000 USD deposited to your bank account registered in the accounting area of Lifehuni.
• Bracelet in 18 carat gold with diamonds, with the engraved logo of the company
• Diploma of recognition of your sixth degree, awarded by Lifehuni, in the cycle following the qualification.
• Announcement in the news section of the official website and social networks.
• The opportunity to participate in the company’s bonuses and incentives

To become a Life Diamond entrepreneur you need to:

• Have sixteen (16) Life Platinum entrepreneurs in the first generation, and that each of them has achieved benefits for network purchase equivalent to thirteen (13) points.
• Each of your Life Platinum entrepreneurs must have at least 3 Life entrepreneurs additionally, Life entrepreneurs must have at least 4 personal shopping points or from their NO Life network.

This is the graphical way to see how your network should be form:

Network purchase benefits range from 1% to 4% of your first six (6) generations of Life Entrepreneurs.

CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:

• When you qualify as a Life entrepreneur in any of it’s the modalities (Platinum, Sapphire, Emerald or diamond titles), you are entitled to the benefits, as long as you comply with the requirements in the following cycles.
• From the cycle in which the Life title is achieved (40%), it is a requirement to achieve the following titles (Life Platinum, Sapphire, Emerald or Diamond), to remain at least one cycle with the title received and to obtain benefits during that same cycle in order to qualify.
• Note: The titles or classifications are described in a hierarchical order in the employers’ manual, in such a way that a heading or discount percentage cannot be reached without having met the requirements of the previous classification.
• Once you have obtained your title as a Life entrepreneur in any of its modalities, you will not lose it; but if you do not comply with the requirements, you will no longer obtain the benefits that correspond to this level.

APPLICATION FOR NETWORK PURCHASE BENEFITS:

• To deliver benefits for network purchases, Lifehuni may require receipts or invoices that support sales to support good sales practices and to support the requirements of the control entities of the country in which the business opportunity is being developed.
• Network purchase benefits are calculated once a month, from the first day to the last day of each cycle.

Support Tools:

Support tools are optional, and the I.E. who choose to use, promote, sell or distribute them should assume that their purchase is entirely voluntary. The purchase of any support tools is not a requirement to become an I.E.. All business support material must be authorized by Lifehuni prior to its promotion, use, sale or distribution.

a) The I.E. understands that they don’t have to purchase support tools to become an I.E. (being useful but not necessary to be a successful I.E.).
b) The I.E. understands that Lifehuni doesn’t receive any additional income from the purchase of these support tools.
c) Some I.E. earn income (not paid by Lifehuni) from the purchase of support tools.
d) Approved providers must meet Lifehuni’s quality standards for support tools.
e) The I.E. is entitled to reimbursement by the seller under certain circumstances.

Note: The I.E. will use good judgment and ensure that expenses are consistent with their goals and income profitability and will only purchase support tools after becoming an I.E. and assessing the needs for these tools.

Lifehuni offers to their I.E. tools to improve their sales strategies, increase their communication skills and increase their link with existing market networks within the company.

• We provide advice through various channels willing to do so (whatsapp, facebook, instagram, live chat, website, virtual conferences and many others).
